Survey 2 will be given to our participants after the workshop. This survey consists of a number of questions designed to give us feed back on our workshop. We would like to know how our attendees felt about our workshop and in what ways we can improve for the next one. Survey monkey Survey 2
Survey 3 is intended to be given out one or two months after the seminar. We feel that two months is a long enough time for our participants to take what they have learned and apply it to their own situations.
