Data Analysis: We will take the data collected and anyalsize our findings.
Report findings: Our team will meet and discuss all findings. If necessary we will modify our training to meet all needs.
Surveys/Questionarre
Before our learners attend our workshop we will be having them fill out Survey 1 or the pre-assessment. This survey will give us an idea of what our learners knowledge of the topic is prior to them participating in our workshop.

Survey 2 will be given to our participants after the workshop. This survey consists of a number of questions designed to give us feed back on our workshop. We would like to know how our attendees felt about our workshop and in what ways we can improve for the next one.

Survey 3 is intended to be given out one or two months after the seminar. We feel that two months is a long enough time for our participants to take what they have learned and apply it to their own situations. This survey will let us know how they are doing in regards to using our system in their facility or classroom.

1. Throughout our training we will be using questionairres and taking the data that was collected and using it to customize and modify our training program depending on the answers collected. Two months after our training we will send out another survey asking for feedback from our training to see how well the teachers are implementing it in their classrooms, how the students are responding to it and what changes have been made in the classroom settings.

3. Planning: We will start by planning a goal and deciding how we will meet that goal.
Preparing: We will advertising our training to potential audiences (districts, schools, etc.). We will start booking trainings.
